Another brushing your teeth question?

After brushing you teeth do you do a final rinse?

If you answer no, why not?

Another brushing your teeth question?

Reply:I brush my teeth, then rinse the toothpaste out of my mouth with a few swigs of water. Then i rinse with mouthwash and clear out all the bacteria. then i go to bed!
Reply:Yes, you rinse. Toothpaste is hard on your digestive tract.
