After brushing my teeth are white...then they turn yellow..WHY?

My granddaughters teeth are yellow at times. After brushing they are white but turn yellow again. It doesn't matter what she eats or drinks this just keeps happening. Is there an underlying medical condition that could be causing this? She is 13. She brushes after meals and sees her dentist regularly. She has even tried baking soda. Please give us some concrete answers. Thank you!

may be it's the color of her teeth or may be her teeth lack something...

u should see a dentist for that... but make sure her teeth do not rot... and make sure she does not brush it too much also...

some people brush their teeth excessively and that damages the upper layer on the teeth...

gd luck
Reply:she may need a cleaning done due to plaque coated her teeth...is she brushing for the recommended two minutes, twice a day?or she might be brushing too hard and taking off enamel(glossy protective 1st layer of tooth) does she have sensitivity with hot or mostly cold water?could be a sign that shes brushing to hard and taking enamel off...make sure she has a soft tooth brush..that might help as well..if the problem persists i would recommend seeing her dentist and asking him about more options..
