i get the same thing! dont worry the my doctor told me its just cuz of the small amount of tooth paste that drips down the troat
Reply:what?!, im surprise and i never heard it before... i do recommend you to change your toothpaste....
Reply:LOL

I was talking about this the other dayto m friends and they laughed its good to see im not the only one!

i dont know what causes it but my docs thinks i have IBS too ive gota have scans end of month - so it'll be interesting to find out whats causing me all these pains!
Reply:Try using an electric toothbrush like the dentists have, this way your not putting alot of paste on the brush, but you still get the brushing effect like the dentists office.Your lettting the toothbrush do all the work instead of manually brushing back and forth, not knowing if it's doing the job of getting your teeth clean along with not making you gag. I use one, and it works wonders. No more gag reflex and my stomach doesn't hurt.

  1. Brushing regularly and maintaining a perfect oral health is considered a very good habit. This habit should be developed since childhood therefore, it is important to teach our kids how to perform good oral hygiene. Once you baby gets, its first tooth you can start brushing.
