go to dentist,get bleached
Reply:Sounds like you need to use a tooth Whitening product as well. Brush them all you want, that won't make them any whiter - that just cleans them! Try using Colgates White Strips. Those work wonders. You can do that and it will whiten then three shades within a few days. I know because that's what I use!! :)
Reply:It has to do with what your drinking also. do you drink tea coffee, or soft drinks. They stain your teeth. And if already stained only professional products will make them whiter.Good luck. And talk to a dentist to much brushing is really bad for you it takes enamel off your teeth.
Reply:go get your teeth stained white at a dentist!

get expensive toothpaste

i dont think how ever many times you brush your teeth a day will help just care for them now and just brush em 2 time!
Reply:You need to get your teeth bleached. Your tooth may also be rotten or almost rotten. In that case, you can get it replaced. But try the bleaching first.
Reply:First of all, you could be doing things to destroy your enamel. Don't brush so much or too hard. Drink citrus fruits with a straw especially lemon products. Go buy Stevia Powder at health food store and make a paste to smear on gums and teeth and spit out. Get toothpaste at health food store that will remineralize the teeth. Make sure you are getting enough minerals in your diet with the proper food or supplements. Cut out coffee and soda's completely. Dont' smoke anything.

You can whiten with products all you want but it will just go back to being discolored if your teeth lost it's emamel.
Reply:Maybe you can go to a dentist and get professional whitening if you are so upset about it. There's also those whitening strips I've seen commercials for. Brushing your teeth is mostly for cleaning them, not whitening (mostly). There's a difference. Plus if you drink coffee or smoke, that F's it all up.
Reply:Brushing really doesn't whiten teeth so much, even if you buy whitening toothpaste.

Ask your dentist. They have certain processes like Rembrandt that will whiten your teeth.

There are also devices which will whiten your teeth, but you have to keep them in your mouth all day... If you've ever seen celebrities teeth -- and have been impressed with how white they are, that's not from brushing. They are actually getting their teeth professionally treated.
Reply:get whitening stripes and once their nice and white make sure they stay clean.
Reply:Your teeth just mite be there natural color. Not every one has white teeth there are natural degrees of yellow in some teeth and all the Whiting will not help. Ask a Dentist if this is your case?
Reply:Keep in mind that over-brushing is not good for your teeth. Twice a day, plus a gentle cleaning after meals, is all that is needed to keep particles from building up and to fight plaque.

As for discolored teeth, that's normally due to stains on the enamel, and you'd need to do more than just brush to eliminate them. A dentist will have the most efficient (and fastest) way to whiten your teeth, but there are many over-the-counter products which you can find to whiten teeth.

Your choice, but I'd suggest the dentist.
Reply:Tooth paste doesn't really turn your teeth white. Use baking soda or water mixed with peroxide. Using those SEPARATELY will help your teeth to whiten...make sure you don't use them together. :o) Good luck.
