okay well i was reading online that some people brushed their teeth with bar soap, and how it worked a lot better, and cleaner and made teeth whiter, i just tried it and my mouth feels so clean, but i guess you have to mind the taste of it. go try it!

that probably is true, but what about the fight against cavities? you could still get them.
Reply:You're right. Soap isn't horrible tasting I guess but I think toothpaste tastes better
Reply:the reason soap makes the teeth look cleaner and whiter is because it abrades the tooth more than toothpaste.now tht can't be good!if u use soap then ur teeth'll get abraded and u'll get a lot of 'cervical abrasions'.ur teeth will get sensitive first to cold water n sweets n thn to normal room temperature water n soon u won't be able to even bear air in ur mouth.look,i'm not trying to scare u.i'm not being paid by toothpaste companies.i'm jus telling u wht's likely to happen.
