I'd like to drink tea for the health benefits, but am worried about staining my teeth. If I brush my teeth after drinking tea, will that reduce the level of staining on my teeth?

yes you will :) If you cannot get to a toothbrush chew on this, a piece of sugarless trident. The newer trident actually has an ingredient that can help remineralize teeth. Black and green tea is very good for you, there was a recent study that actually showed that drinking black tea helps bad breath :)

Reply:Brushing after is a great way to get rid of stains also you can use a little bit of baking soda on your toothbrush as well that takes stains off great!
