Brushing teeth causing gaps?
Unless you're using a wire brush, it's NOT because you brush them too hard.

Brushing them too hard can certainly cause your gums to bleed. Also, the gaps are probably from a receding gumline due to brushing them too hard. Your teeth would not change so quickly, but your gums would.

Switch to using a pre-brush rinse like Listerine Whitening which has peroxide in it. Also switch to a SOFT head toothbrush. You should go to your dentist for a professional cleaning at least once a year but preferably every six months. This can help to diagnose if there are any more serious issues with your oral health.
Reply:It might be periodontist disease and calcium build up your brushing away.
