Brushing teeth, after, dental whitening?

I just recently bought a package of dental whitening and I was wondering if I could brush my teeth before/after applying the whitener?

Thanks!

Brushing teeth, after, dental whitening?
Before. You want the solution to get to the enamel, not to the plaque. Just rinse your mouth with water after you take the strip off. It only needs to stay on for 30 minutes.
Reply:Depends on the brand... The Crest white strips say in the instructions that it's best to wait until after... but read the directions, it'll probably say something. If not, then it probably doesn't matter.
Reply:The strips say not to do it before. It helps to decrease sensitivity. But the trays I use to use say to brush before. Depends on what kind they are. It should say it on the instructions. =)
Reply:You can check the instructions on the teeth whitening you're using, otherwise you can ask a dentist.
