Brushing teeth with baking soda?
Yea just put it on your toothbrush and brush, rince and spit. You might want to also use a mouthwash or go back and brush with reg. toothpaste for fresh breath.
Reply:Just Put It On Your ToothBrush And Brush Your Teeth And Yes It Works! Wash Your Mouth Out With MouthWash Though It Tastes So Bad!
Reply:i use tar, and my teeth are whiter than ever!!
Reply:I do that but I found that putting baking soda on a damp brush didn't work well as the baking soda dissolves quickly and rinses away. I put a small amount of toothpaste on the brush first and then dip the brush into the baking soda so a lot of it sticks to the toothpaste,,then brush. This combines to make a very fine pumice type paste and can be worked over the teeth,,I redip the brush 2 or 3 more times in the baking soda while brushing and brush for 2 or 3 minutes then rinse as normal...It will clean the teeth real well and if you have naturally white teeth it will keep them that way,,,it is not a whiteing agent only a cleaner....
Reply:Put some Baking soda in a table spoon and shake some on your toothbrush that already has toothpaste on it. That way you don't have to worry about your breath being fresh.
Reply:i think you are supposed to put some baking soda with your toothpaste for better effect =)
Reply:Well, I heard that it doesn't really whiten your teeth, it just maintains white teeth, if you really want to know what's the best way to get your teeth whitened, talk to your dentist. Maybe buy a whitening kit from them.
