What's the proper steps in brushing your teeth?

Ok,so, me and my husband disagree on the order/steps to brushing our teeth. So, I thought I'd ask my "Answers" friends out there. So, here goes....





When brushing your teeth, do you......





(1) Brush, Floss, then Rinse???





OR





(2) Floss, Brush, then Rinse???





Tell me the order in which your brush your "snags"!!

What's the proper steps in brushing your teeth?
well I'm strange I floss brush floss and then use peroxide as mouth wash then rinse with water hope this helps I also poor peroxide on my tooth brush before useing it then rinse it real fast with water. that is what a dentest told me about six months ago.

Reply:well... i floss, brush, then rinse. i also use mouth wash... unless you meant rinse as in rinse with mouth wash. haha. :)
Reply:snowflake,i always go for number 2 and then mouthwash if i have had something like salsa and chips, and have worked all day.
